Prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are valid from 1.9.2025. The refund of the credit must be applied from the user´s e-mail address.
You pay for the services from your credit. Credit is refundable.
Postage from Germany
We charge postage and processing fee for each shipment. These costs depend on the size, weight and destination address. Calculation of transport costs can be carried out using the Shipping calculator.
*) According to EU Regulation 2025/920, we must for shipments outside the EU require that the person delivering the consignment (customer – shipper within a business relationship) “presents an identity card, passport, driving licence or other document, which includes his or her photograph and which has been issued or is recognised by a national authority”. This document shall be used to establish the identity of this person.
